1.How much do you charge?
Fees consist of administration fees and all disbursements that we make on behalf of your company (i.e. costs for searches and registrations, bailiff fees, storage, tow fees, keys, etc.)
A cost quote cannot be given as all agents in Canada are bailiffs appointed by the government and work under time and mileage charges not flat rates. They do not work on contingency.

PPSA would be needed to ensure that no creditors in Canada have secured interest in the security. If there are no liens registered we will register a lien on your behalf. The search would be run in the province it is suspected the customer is located in, and registered in the same.
MVS would be needed to ensure the US customer has not sold the security in Canada .
The search would be run in the province it is suspected the customer is located in.
